Womb Circle. Nourishment for the Winter.

Date: 25th October 2026
Time: 1pm-4pm
Location: Rebalance Brighton, 21-22 Old Steine, Brighton and Hove BN1 1EL
Price: £35-£45

A somatic journey of breath, movement, touch and taste to create a deeper connection with the womb space.

As the season changes, so do we. Our needs and desires shift; we may crave more warmth and need for more nourishment. Slowing down after a busy summer, resting more and coming inwards is as important as switching our wardrobe to warmer clothes! All the changes we see in nature are reflected in our own monthly and life cycles. Cycle practitioners from The Red School to Traditional Chinese Medicine have used the metaphor of the seasons to reflect the different phases of the menstrual cycle. Autumn relates to the premenstrual phase, and winter to menstruation. As we adapt our lives to meet the new season, let’s also focus on creating embodied practices and rituals that honour our own cyclical nature and keep us nurtured and nourished for the colder and darker months ahead.

Our space at the Rebalance workshop room will become a cosy, nurturing womb-like space, a place to soften, breathe, move, rest and connect. A space to hold our bodies, our stories, our questions and our insights.

The Offering

This 3-hour experiential workshop creates space to step away from everyday life, quieten the mind and turn up the volume of our body; experience slow, gentle, yet powerful ways to deeply nourish yourself and feed your body, mind and soul.

The group is intentionally kept small to create a sense of intimacy, spaciousness and connection, allowing each woman to feel supported and fully part of the experience.

Together in circle, we will explore:

  • Gentle, slow, somatic movement

  • Guided, soothing self-womb and abdominal massage

  • Nourishing breathwork

  • Reflection and shared stories

  • Rest, nourishment and connection

  • A tasting of adaptogenic and nurturing chocolate by Wombshine.

Who It’s For

This workshop is for any woman at any stage of life, whether you currently menstruate or not and whether you have a physical womb or not, who feel called to connect deeper to herself and seek supporting nourishment that the changing season calls for.

No previous experience of somatic practice, massage, breath work or womb work is needed.

What You’ll Carry Forward

Our intention is to offer you a deeply nourishing afternoon. We will share wisdom that we all carry within- but may occasionally forget- the wisdom of our cyclical nature; we will share various embodiment practices that you can take home and return to anytime you feel the need for embodiment and nourishment. You may leave with a deeper awareness of your body, a renewed sense of connection, softness, a question to explore, or simply a feeling that something within has begun to stir.

Whatever that spark looks like for you, we hope it is something you can continue to tend, explore and cultivate in your own way.

Come open, curious and receptive to what your own body has to show you.

Coming Home To The Body

Cycles Within

Join Anna Soma and Tracy Awere for ‘The Cycles Within’, an embodied women’s retreat of movement, self-massage, sound and story.

Date: 8th November 2026
Time: 11pm-3pm
Location: Moon Women’s Health, 63 Chetwynd Road, London NW5 1BX

Price: From £100 to £180

Within each of us lies immense power and limitless creative potential. Yet, in the busyness of our minds and everyday life, it is easy to forget and become disconnected from the quiet, yet powerful voice within the womb.

For many women, reconnecting with the womb and womb space can feel like a homecoming. A return to inner knowing, and a reclamation of our power to birth not only children, but also creative endeavours, visions, projects and new ways of being. This creative force can shift and evolve with us through every season and stage of life.

The Offering

This half-day retreat creates space to step away from everyday demands, quieten the mind and listen more closely to the body.

The group is intentionally kept small to create a sense of intimacy, spaciousness and connection, allowing each woman to feel supported and fully part of the experience.

Together in circle, we will explore:

  • Somatic movement

  • Guided self-womb and abdominal massage

  • Sound and deep guided relaxation

  • Reflection and shared stories

  • Rest, nourishment and connection

We will close our time together with nourishing food and space to sit, talk and connect with other women.
